HUGH KELLY, MANAGING DIRECTOR
Hugh Kelly is a civil engineering graduate of Trinity College Dublin. He also holds a masters degree in mathematics from Trinity and an MBA from University College Dublin. Prior to joining Associated Marketing, he worked in Ireland, France, Canada and the UK. He joined Associated Marketing Ltd. in 1993 as General Manager and became Managing Director in 1995. In 2000, he completed a MBO.
During his time in Associated Marketing, which now trades as AML Architectural Products Ltd., he has expanded the companies markets so that they now include those of the Middle East, South East Asia, USA, Australia and New Zealand. The company’s product groups have also expanded to include a wide range of contract interior products and the group has invested directly in manufacturing.
Hugh also holds a number of a non-executive directorships in Ireland and overseas.
CORMAC J McCARTHY, COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Cormac McCarthy joined Associated Marketing Ltd./AML Architectural Products Ltd. in 1997 as a marketing graduate of the UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business. He also holds a degree in Business & Legal Studies from University College Dublin and is a graduate member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
Since joining the company, he has worked in a number of key roles across marketing, operations and sales. As Sales & Marketing Director of Home & Office Cleaning Systems Ltd. (a subsidiary of AML Architectural Products Ltd.), he was responsible for the introduction and development of the company’s DriSafe franchise, a network of cleaning specialists. Over the past 12 years, he has also been involved in the development of overseas markets for the company’s Irish clients and the sourcing of products for sale into the Irish markets.
PETER J BYERS, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Peter Byers joined Treasury Holdings Ltd. in 2008 as Commercial Director and was appointed to the main board as Group Finance Director in 2009.
Prior to joining Treasury Holdings, Peter was Group Finance Director of Heiton Group plc. and in that role oversaw a significant growth in the performance of the Group. This ultimately led to a successful offer for the Group by Grafton Group plc at a substantial premium to previously traded share prices. Prior to joining Heitons, he was UK Finance Director for the Campbell Soup Company and held a number of senior finance positions in multi-national and start-up companies in Ireland and the UK.
Peter is a chartered accountant by profession. He joined the Associated Marketing Ltd. Group as a Non-Executive Director in March 2002.
