Extruded Aluminium Entrance Matting

This is our most popular entrance matting system. It is extremely hard wearing, tried and tested, and it is easier to remove chewing gum from this type of matting than any other. Popular with shopping centres, retail outlets, airports and anywhere where there is very heavy traffic. Generally supplied in panels of 600mm front to back and no wider than 2.5m (because of their weight). Irish installations include Blanchardstown Shopping Centre.

This has an excellent scraper, providing high visibility for cleaners/cleaning. It is "closed construction" so no matwell maintenance is required. The in-fill areas represent quite a high proportion of the total surface area allowing for the use of greater or lesser moisture absorbent in-fills as required/preferred.

This system is rollable making it relatively easy to access and clean matwells. This is ideal for and popular in hospitals that need to ensure matwells as well as mats are cleaned to meet demanding standards of hygiene. Carpet infills are narrower than in Hygiene-Plus so have a lesser capacity to absorb moisture but more and deeper grid space allows more loose grit and dirt to be trapped and collected below the mat's surface. This is a low profile (12mm in comparison to 15mm or 17mm), rollable matting solution that requires no matwell. It is also much lighter for removal and cleaning. Suitable for use where there is no matwell and particularly if wheelchair access is required.

This is an aesthetic alternative to Dirt-Guard with a higher percentage of scraper and less infill. Differentiating it is the option to insert brush infills in this system, ideal for out-door/external applications.
